This service provides:

  • Twice monthly Rotation Days
  • Unlimited telephone support during normal office hours
  • Unlimited remote support during normal office hours
  • Up to two full-day Free emergency call-outs each month
  • Four hour on-site response time
  • You are likely to have two or more servers and quite a complex IT requirement. There will usually be a key database or piece of software that is the core of the company and therefore of prime importance. Inability to use this software would mean that a large percentage of the company was unable to work effectively, something that we work to ensure does not happen.
