Very simple. Anyone who works for our clients can call us at any time, during their supported hours, for any IT problem.

If you have an IT support issue that is affecting your work, call us and and we guarantee to respond within your individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs). All calls are logged on our Customer Information System and a ticket number provided, should future reference be necessary. If the problem is easier to deal with remotely, the next call you get from us is likely to be telling you the problem is fixed.

IT support requests can be logged in three ways: by phone, by e-mail or directly into our Customer Information System .

All our IT support is unlimited, whether by telephone or remotely. We make no differentiation and we will never send you an additional bill, no matter how much support you use.
